Informational only — we're not an operator
CryptoSherpa publishes guides, reviews and comparisons about crypto exchanges and speculative-trading venues. We do not operate any exchange or brokerage, do not custody or hold any funds or assets, execute no trades, and offer no investment service. When you act on something you read here, you leave our site and deal directly with a third-party venue under their terms — we are not a party to that relationship.
Nothing on CryptoSherpa is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, nor a recommendation to buy, sell or trade any asset. We are a companion, not an advisor. Crypto and leveraged trading are high-risk and you could lose all the money you invest.
02 · No warranty on the content
Accuracy of fees, leverage & details
We work hard to keep information correct, but venues change their fees, leverage caps, terms and availability constantly. We therefore provide the site “as is,” with no warranty that any figure, fee, rating or detail is current, complete or error-free. Always verify the live terms on the venue's own site before you rely on anything — the venue's terms govern, not ours.

Eligibility — 18+ or your local age
You must be at least 18, or the higher minimum age that applies where you are, to use this site. By using CryptoSherpa you confirm you meet that age. Crypto and leveraged trading are high-risk and can cause real financial harm; please read our risk & leverage page before you act on anything.

You're responsible for legality where you are
Access to crypto exchanges and leveraged products is legal in some places, restricted in others, and banned in some — and some venues restrict US or other access. It is your responsibility to know and obey the laws that apply to you before accessing any venue we mention. We make no representation that any venue, instrument or product is lawful or available in your location, and content here is not an offer, solicitation or financial promotion where it would be unlawful.

Intellectual property
The CryptoSherpa name, the wayfinder mark, the site design, text and original graphics are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable IP laws. You may view and share links to our pages, but you may not copy, scrape, republish or commercially reuse our content without permission. Third-party names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CryptoSherpa and the operating entity are not liable for any loss — including trading or investment losses, lost money, or any indirect or consequential damage — arising from your use of this site, from reliance on its content, or from your dealings with any third-party venue. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights).

Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, applicable law. Nothing in them removes the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives on this page, with the date above.

Marketing & partner communications
If you opt in to marketing from CryptoSherpa — for example by subscribing to updates — you consent to receiving email and/or SMS marketing from the operator and from the partner brands whose domains are listed below. We only send marketing where you have given this consent.
You can withdraw it at any time — use the unsubscribe link in any message, or contact us at [email protected] — and withdrawal does not affect any processing carried out before it. We will still send essential service messages (for example, replies to an enquiry you sent us).
